I struggled for months trying to get some views and subscribers like anyone starting a new YouTube Channel.
Then I decided to read, research, test, and do anything to grow my Channel. of course, anything ethical!
Today, my channel has more than 800K Subscribers and 38M Views.
Let me share what I did and what really matters to growing a YouTube channel.
1- Video SEO
After a couple of months, I noticed that one of my videos was getting more impressions and views than other videos on my channel, and when I checked the video analytics, I found this:
More than 50% of viewers found my video through YouTube search! My video was ranking on top of YouTube Without me even knowing 😅
So I started researching how to rank videos on YouTube, Did a lot of tests… I almost mastered YouTube Video SEO!
From that moment, I tried to rank every video I uploaded on YouTube. And Today, my videos are the first results on YouTube For more than 50 Keywords. And some keywords are highly competitive, like "Youtube SEO"! Here is a screenshot:

Optimizing Your Videos Rank and Getting Views is not enough! You need to publish Legit Content!

95% of my videos are based on real case studies and experience. This is what makes people interested in watching and consuming my content.
I share what I do and how I do it, with proof and numbers from my dashboards. this makes the content legit and authentic. And helps me get more shares because people love this authenticity.
For example, when I started my Online Business Series last year, I was clear, and I said we would need at least 6–12 months to build a business online; we started from scratch.
I tried to share everything I knew and quickly give people the best value. And here is the outcome:

3- CTR and HRR
Legit Content + Video SEO is Good, but not enough!
Even if you have the best content and rank on top, you have to make people Click on Your Videos, Then Stick and Keep Watching.
